Welcome to my gothic bats collection, featuring my original pen and ink bat illustrations across unique greeting cards, coasters, place mats, tea towels, notebooks and cosmetic bags, inky, striking, and a little bit dark, but full of character.

Bats are a great favourite of mine and appear throughout my work here at Teeth and Claws, they feature on my logo too! I've used this bat as my symbol for my artwork for many years. I love designing and illustrating every one of these little gothic bats here by hand in my small UK studio, and each one has its own distinct expression and charm! I obviously have a gothic thread here, but bats are truly wonderful creatures in themselves and deserve our admiration and respect. I often watch them hunting insects here in the garden, when the evening light is right!
