Sometimes words are hard to find. My Gothic sympathy card is for those sad and challenging times when you want to let someone know you are thinking of them.

This gothic card features my original pen and ink illustration of a dark, characterful inky crow, quietly perched on a branch in a crooked tree with long red leaves, just observing and listening. Blank inside for you to write your own message. A perfect understated card to send to offer support and care to friends and loved ones during times of grief and loss.

A heartfelt bereavement card, or thinking of you card for alternative and Gothic friends, and those who appreciate a more considered sympathy card than the usual flowers and verses, which often miss the mark. This crow is ready to offer a quiet, knowing presence to those in need of support. Perfect for those who love crows and ravens and find comfort in darkness.

After a couple of heartfelt conversations with customers and friends sharing their own difficult circumstances, I knew I needed to make some sympathy cards. I only wish I'd done so sooner. My cards are printed here in the UK in small sustainable quantities, on thick smooth white cardstock, which is tactile to hold and easy to write on. I have paired this card with a dark stormy grey envelope, which feels apt for the weight of these all too human experiences. I hope my crow card may bring some comfort to those in need.
