My Gothic reindeer Christmas card features my original pen and ink illustration of a dark, inky reindeer wearing a Santa hat.. a striking beast, perfect for delivering your festive messages in Gothic style... particularly for those who are a little more Krampus than Santa this Christmas!

Blank inside for your own seasonal greetings, my quirky reindeer card is perfect for to celebrate the darker side of the Winter season, and enjoy making the most of the longer nights and colder, atmospheric frosty weather.

I illustrated this dark winter reindeer by hand here in my Nottingham studio, as part of my range of Gothic cards... I always admire reindeer, and really enjoyed drawing his elaborate crown of antlers and shaggy winter coat... this majestic beast is somewhat in defiance of the usual smiley reindeer, but still wears a nod to the spirit of the season with his hat and stylish red finery!

My reindeer card is printed here in the UK on extra-thick, smooth white cardstock, making it lovely to write on and display throughout the Christmas season. I have paired it with a festive red envelope to complement the dark antlers and red Santa hat!
